He learned that professional success requires more than talent and hard work. Corporate environments operate by unwritten rules that often take years to decode.
With over 25 years of experience in executive development and organizational effectiveness, Rey helps high-performing professionals and emerging leaders navigate those complexities with clarity and confidence. He combines executive coaching, change management, and corporate leadership experience to help clients build visibility, influence stakeholders, and make intentional career moves.
A former Career Development Director, Rey is an ICF ACC credentialed coach and Prosci-certified change practitioner. His work focuses on one outcome: helping capable professionals stop being overlooked and start advancing with strategy, not guesswork.
